Our traditional, handmade sausages are gluten and preservative free and contain certified organic ingredients. Your sausages will be delivered to you in a biodegradable tray. As our sausages contain no preservatives they have a shelf life of 5 days from the day they are made. You will receive 6 sausages weighing approximately 450gms. Our certified organic lamb is: Ethically raised on our regenerative farm where we farm in harmony with nature 100% grass fed for their whole lives Slowly grown with care Hung on the bone to develop the wonderful flavour our customers enjoy. Animal welfare and environmental sustainability are at the core of what we do. Our natural casings are the only product we use which isn't certified organic as it's impossible to obtain certified organic sausage casings in Australia. Our natural sausage casings are made with pig intestines.Ingredients
Organic lamb, rice/buckwheat flour*, egg, sweet paprika, sweet curry, sea salt, mixed herbs, black peppercorns & natural casings. *we use rice flour as a preference however at times certified organic rice flour may not be available, when it's not we will use certified organic buckwheat flour instead.
