Certified Organic Wholemeal Rye Flour, Filtered Water, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Sourdough Culture (Contains Acidophilus & Bifidus). *CONTAINS SOY PLEASE NOTE: Vinegar & Soy lecithin have recently been added to the loaves to aid in better shelf life and to reduce mould. Labelling has changed to reflect these changes as per the new labelling laws coming into effect in Feb 2024.
