You will receive approximately 5 slices of ham weighing approximately 200 gm. The ham will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 35 days from the day they are packaged.
Ingredients
Pork from certified organic pigs, water, salt, celery extract & brown sugar.
Our certified organic pigs are:
- Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
- Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
