Buckwheat is loaded with nutrients, especially protein, and it has a nutty, earthy flavour. It’s most commonly ground into a dark, gritty flour and used to make everything from pancakes to soba noodles. Eastern Europeans also like their
buckwheat crushed into small groats, which they toast in oil and use to make side dishes and breakfast cereals.

With Christmas falling on a Thursday this year, last deliveries will be the Thursday 18th & Friday 19th December. We did consider delivering the Tuesday & Wednesday before Christmas, but we have some staff away those days making it impossible to achieve.
However, for local deliveries (10km Radius from the store) we do have Uber Direct available every day up until Christmas Eve.
The store will be open until 5pm Wednesday 24th December.
Standard Deliveries will resume from 22nd January 2026. Uber deliveries resume 5th January 2026
