Carwari Organic Miso Paste White has an aromatic scent and a mellow mild taste. It is made by traditional and natural fermentation method, which produces unpasteurized fresh live miso. Live miso contains active enzymes that aids digestion, as well as it helps to tenderise meat or fish and brings out nice “Umami” flavour.
Due to its shorter fermentation process, the soybeans are peeled beforehand to make sure the bitterness of soybeans is removed. Carwari White Miso contains more “Rice Koji” which supports to create nice sweetness as well. The product is suitable for vegetarian and vegan. It contains no additives, no GMO and is Gluten Free.

With Christmas falling on a Thursday this year, last deliveries will be the Thursday 18th & Friday 19th December. We did consider delivering the Tuesday & Wednesday before Christmas, but we have some staff away those days making it impossible to achieve.
However, for local deliveries (10km Radius from the store) we do have Uber Direct available every day up until Christmas Eve.
The store will be open until 5pm Wednesday 24th December.
Standard Deliveries will resume from 22nd January 2026. Uber deliveries resume 5th January 2026
